Re: I feel hopeless and dejected, give me some strong advice please :(

I do not know where you are, but
I would suggest trying to find
a naturopath or homeopath who
could guide you through your
healing work. Without knowing
what you are doing, what your
symptoms are and what you have
been doing, it is difficult to
advise you, especially if you
are at a low weight, what to
do.

I have had colon cancer and
became a vegetarian although
I would eat eggs and cheese
sometimes. I gave up all wheat
products and used spelt and
other whole grains like buck
wheat for cereal eating and
pancakes. juicing was VERY
important and mostly it was
carrot blends. My favorite was
carrot with cucumber, spinach,
and beets. We mixed spirulina in
with the veggies and another
excellent super-food called Nutrejuva~~

There are other things you can
do, but without knowing more
info about what is going on
with you, it is difficult to
offer too much advice. In
your condition it may be that
you have to focus on getting
in good calories before you
are strong enough to do a lot
of "cleansing". Be extra careful
about the level of detox you
take on since it can really
zap your energy. Rest and sun
is important for you now. Plenty
of water, sipping is preferable
to chugging. I can recommend
using a steamer and a juicer
and no micowaving. You need
LIVE food and enzymes to rebuild
your strength or "chi". You can
hardly go wrong with fresh steamed
veggies and steamed brown rice.
Drizzled with some coconut or olive
oil, it makes a delicious meal.
Eat small meals, more frequently.

I hope you can find a naturopath
who can help since I had one who
helped me and it did make a huge
difference.

best wishes,
Zoe
