Enemas with Lugols?

Hello There,

I'm new to Cure Zone. I've been to the site before to read here and there but I just signed up. I'm very interested in starting Iodine/Iodide therapy. I'm getting myself informed and will get myself tested with the 24 hour Iodine test and a Bromide (not sure if I spelled it correctly) test before I start with any Iodine/Iodide supplements.

However my reason for posting is because I was researching a little bit more about coffee enemas and accidently found a link that spoke of using Lugols in an enema. I thought some of you might find it interesting and could share your thoughts on it. I'm curious if any of you have tried this before. If yes, how did you go about it and how much did you use, etc. She the quote as follows:
