chronic fatigue

Hello,

I have a annoying problem. I sleep for 7 or 8 hours, but I am still tired in the day. I have great difficulties focusing and concentrating. I have problems reading. It seems my intellectual capacities are down. I also have blue under my eyes all the time. (Sorry for my English: blue under the eyes that people get when they haven't slept enough).
I thought maybe I'm not getting enough deep sleep or something like that.

I had a background of insomnia in which I had problem falling asleep and waking up in the night. But it seems the problem has changed to some kind of chronic fatigue.

I do a lot of sport and eat healthy and try to go to sleep at the same hour all the time (routine). I am 23 years old.

So the quantity of sleep is good , but the quality is not. It's a weird problem.

Do anyone knows more about it?
