It really helps to not feel like your the only one going through this, my family just dont understand and think im making excuses, maybe because i look ok on the outside. What sort of changes did you make to help yourself get better. I live in Africa and there are no doctors here that do saliva testing, i've searched and searched but no luck. what did you take or do to stop the anxiety and racing thoughts? did you battle with guilt, i have very little to feel guilty about but constantly feel guilty about things, its such a useless emotion but i cant shake it.
