Re: Adrenal Fatigue and thinking of killing myself

hi, ithappens, sorry to see you in a desperate situation. It does remind me of myself a little, just over a year ago, really, when i had severe symptoms and my life went off the rails. the worst part of it was not knowing what it was. finally, i got the proper diagnosis, adrenal fatigue. since then i am much, much better. it is a gradual process, but i am getting back to normal. i can't speak for other posters who have struggled with it for a long time, but in my case, i am very confident i will be my whole self again within a few months. the most important thing for you is to get tested. get the saliva test. make sure you know what you are dealing with. after that you can find te right protocol and you will get better. you are a young man, with recent problems. thats a good thing. you will have the strength and flexibility to get through whatever it is. i know it seems bad right now, but, trust me, when you come out of this, you will look back with wisdom. go and read my post to you from a short while ago where i talk about how i would rather have gotten this in my early 20's, then when i got it, in my late 30's. It's probably little solace to you to hear that, and i probably would have felt the same way you do, but with hindsight i can say that with all sincerity, and beleive me, you will get through this. keep your chin up, and keep a positive attitude. relax, if you can, take walks, meditate, watch you r favorite movies, talk to your freinds and family, and keep checking in at curezone. there is a lot of experience here to lean on. i will add this though, someone mentioned cleansing, and while i generally think that's a great idea, if you do have adrenal fatigue, you want to wait until you can restore them at least a little, becuse otherwise it's not going to work very well, and detoxing/cleansing puts a lot of stress and strain on your system, and anyone with adrenal fatigue will not be able to handle it. let us know how you're doing, d
