Re: Candida: Potential Life-threatening Benign Fungus

oh boy, when reading all these articles I think about how fragile the human body is. Health is delicate like a soap bubble!
people are bombarding themselves, and are being bombarded by bad things on a daily basis, giving their health a real challange.

When I observe some of my friends and their lifestyles, I see deterioration. It is sad. One of my best friends is starting to show signs of a really bad candida infection, she has no idea what it is.

You mention "friendly bacteria" that should keep candida in check.
I think friendly bacteria in the gut is a corner stone for good health, since I heard that ~70-80% of the immune system is located in the "gut".

Candida overgrowth is really horrible.

In Sweden they are marketing a certain yoghurt product and their commercial is really cute and gives a very figurative meaning to the battle between good and bad microbes.

In this picture the good guys (acidophilus, bifido and many more) walk against the "bad" guys that are in black. (pic on left)
