I am currently on day 8 of a Water Fast
for an unknown length of time. I was wondering, would grapefruit juice instead of orange juice be a good way to start refeeding whenever that happens?
I want to limit the sugars I ingest as much as possible. But I don't want to upset my stomach/digestive tract if it is too acidic either.
I mostly want to limit sugars because I have PCOS which puts me at a higher risk of type 2 diabetes. I don't want to flood my system with Sugar
and risk a higher insulin resistance reduction putting the risk for diabetes even higher.
Please advise. I would appreciate it.
