I take 3 tsp of ACV with salt and water in the morning to flush out the toxins from my Iodine protocol. Since it takes about 30 mins for the bowel movement to take place, I figured, I could be oil pulling in the mean time. So that's why I looked to see if it was acceptable to do ACV right before oil pulling.

There was a thread on here mentioning another page saying the ACV with baking soda before oil pulling helps with handling some of the toxins released in the stomach in the oil pulling process.

That was why I'm looking to see if anyone doing this alternate way.
