Been happening for the past 3 days (I started Iodine protol 5 days ago) I wake up and my face is so swollen I look like those mountain people pictured in "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration". The weird thing is my body still looks the same. The puffiness goes away after an hour. But it throws me off that it looks so severe. I have no other symptoms except being tired like everyone else. Anyone has the same thing?
