some people cannot tolerate the restorative exercises, esp with the slight back bend as that can activate the sympathetic nervous system. It tells me that your adrenals are very weak. you can replace the pillow with just a towel or nothing and see. Also if you are breathing, make sure you don't over breadth. those in advance adrenal fatigue cannot do 80% intensity, esp when they are crashing, and sometimes can only do 40-50% quietly and smoothly.
