Can I do a Liver Flush after I've had my gall-bladder out?

I so want to do a flush, but my body doesn't seem to be able to take oil these days. The other morning I got a shock while I was gargling with sesame oil and accidentally swallowed it. I have been having phantom gall-bladder attacks ever since, so clearly I've disturbed a bunch of small stones around my liver. I'm scared that, if I do a flush, these stones are going to give me a crippling pain all over again. Ten days later the area is still uncomfortable.
