Yikes- you'd think I was starving, but I'm not!

Today
was another one of those stressful days. I really didn't feel like
eating much, so I didn't. I'm sure I'll make up for it this week,
though. Sparkpeople seems to be down tonight, so I couldn't record my
meals. Guess I'll be playing catch-up tomorrow!
I took a walk
this evening for a little peace and quiet. I didn't bother timing
myself; I just took it nice and slow. I'll probably do that more often,
as it's a nice way to clear your head. As far as the exercise quality,
they say it doesn't matter how quickly you walk, just how long you do
it. You could run a mile or walk a mile and still get the same
benefits.
