In his recent interview with Mayte Bluestein:

30:30 "The Art of Contemplation” -
"To know how to contemplate is … the greatest treasure in life.
It’s not the same as meditation. …

31:00 + … There is nothing in your life that you can not discover through contemplation and there’s no challenge that you can not overcome. …

32:30 If you apply the art of contemplation you will get … a resolution within your body if you continue to contemplate. Contemplation resolves … all the loose ends of our life and therefore it helps us to awaken. It helps us to relax and it helps us to awaken.

32:00 + It is not just thinking.

32:30 If you continue to contemplate you’ll get an insight. It comes in any number of ways. … Then the contemplation goes deeper. And then it goes into the emotional realm … into your relationships, interactions, feelings and emotions. … Then it will show you through an experience of your own suffering and show you that you can brake a pattern. …

34:00 One more layer is the physical, ... deep in the body in the cells. … When the contemplation goes deeper. … It settles into our unconscious. …

35:00 At a certain point there is a miracle that happens ... an epiphany that happens at the cellular level depending on the issue. … You will feel freedom from whatever it was. … It’s an incredible thing. … To stay with it really helps. (To: 37:30.)[14]

If you haven't already been introduced to Rollo May then you may like to know the following:

"Rollo May was one of the most influential American psychologists of the twentieth century. He helped to introduce European existential psychoanalysis to an American audience. He was a founder of humanistic psychology, with its focus on the individual, as opposed to the behaviorist psychology and Freudian psychoanalysis that was prevalent in the 1940s and 1950s. May's writings were both practical and spiritual and they promoted the power and worth of the individual. As such, they contributed to the development of the human potential movement. May maintained that widespread alienation and anxiety were a result of, rather than the result of individual psychological problems."[12]

This "breakdown and upheaval in culture and society" calls for sanctuaries of connectedness and certainty that originally inspired this Blog-writer to envision "Cheeta"[13] (Cultivate Healing Environments - Enlighten Through Arts) as an eco-village sanctuary of living.

June 30, 2018 - The Link Between Trauma and Disease -

"... We know from copious data studying war veterans with PTSD in VA hospitals that, without any doubt, trauma and illness are linked. Yet in spite of all the solid scientific data linking trauma and disease, conventional Western medicine still tends to turn a blind eye to this strong correlation, and many patients are also resistant to considering treatment of trauma as part of a prescription for a healthy body. When was the last time your doctor told you to get treatment for your trauma as part of your cancer therapy, autoimmune disease, or heart disease? If you were asked to get trauma treatment as part of comprehensive, integrative medical therapy, how would you react? In my experience, even very progressive integrative medicine doctors rarely bring this up. Instead of focusing on drugs or surgery, they point you to a healthier diet, an herbal supplement, or a whole bunch of expensive functional medicine laboratory tests that aren’t usually covered by insurance.

But what if no drug, surgery, diet, supplement, or fancy lab test can cover up the ongoing, toxic effects of unhealed trauma on the body?

What if everything else is merely a Band-Aid, perhaps providing temporary relief but never fully healing the root cause that makes you vulnerable to illness over and over?

What if trauma is at the root of many illnesses in many patients, and until we treat it, even the most cutting edge medical technologies may fail to fully work?

Perhaps the block around treating trauma as part of a comprehensive medical treatment plan lies in the stigma many attach to trauma, as if it’s some sort of weakness to have survived a traumatizing event. I suspect that much of the resistance stems from shame about the traumatizing events, which is why the work sociologist Brené Brown, PhD is doing around shame and vulnerability is so important. If shame causes us to bury our trauma in a trauma capsule that we never touch, that trauma can turn into cancer. But if we cultivate shame resilience and we’re brave enough to be vulnerable and get help entering the trauma capsule, miraculous effects are possible. ..."[2]

The PsychoHealthology Summit 2018 -

"As you may already know, autoimmunity is a form of immune dysregulation. This occurs as a result of different factors and that includes emotional factors. Your emotional health is directly linked to your immune function, via the HPA (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal) axis, which means that you can positively influence your physical health by optimizing your emotional state and your mindset. On the other hand, if you have unresolved emotional trauma, have a poor relationship with yourself, or have a negative mindset in general, you will be promoting ill health and you may not even realize that you are doing it!"[3]

July 1, 2018 - Cancer Can Heal On Its Own -

By Marie A. Boularand in Natural Awakenings November, 2014 -

For years, doctors and researchers relentlessly claimed that cancer could not regress on its own. Although some cases were regularly reported, the public was never informed about them. For this reason, cancer was stamped with a death sentence in the public’s mind if left untreated.

On November 26th, 2008, the New-York Times,[5] Washington Post, USA Today and CNN published the results of a research study on breast cancer conducted by a group of American and Norwegian researchers. Their study, published in the Nov. 24 issue of The Archives of Internal Medicine, revealed that “even invasive cancers may go away without treatment and in larger numbers than anyone ever believed.”

This fact is not new in the alternative medicine arena. For decades, alternative health practitioners have witnessed spontaneous remission of cancer in patients who refused any conventional and sometimes alternative treatments. But “No scientific proof supports the possibility of spontaneous healing of cancers”, and for good reason, “since almost every cancer that is detected is treated, it seemed impossible even to ask what would happen if cancers were left alone” says the article. Therefore the majority of conventional doctors and researchers don’t have a clue what the evolution of cancer would be if not treated.

The fact that many cancers can heal on their own forces us to reconsider the relevance of systematically inflicting the barbarian “cancer killer” protocols that western medicine vigorously imposes on patients. Like the research study proves, this new reality would drastically change the whole picture about cancer. “If the spontaneous remission hypothesis is credible, it should cause a major re-evaluation in the approach to breast cancer research and treatment,” wrote Dr. Kaplan, of the University of California, and Dr. Franz Porzsolt of the University of Ulm, Germany, in an editorial that accompanied the journal article about their study.

According to the statement in the Washington Post, “Cancer experts have long suspected that some cancers may grow and then, for reasons that are unclear, simply shrink and disappear.” “The problem is, we don’t know the natural history of cancer,” says Dr. Jay Brooks, chairman of hematology/oncology at Ochsner System in Baton Rouge, LA. He adds: “I am sure there are some that do regress. The problem is we can’t pick up those that are going to regress. It’s one of the unanswerable questions.”

Yet, there is a man who found the answer to the “unanswerable question” 30 years ago! His name is Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer,[6] a German Doctor who worked many years as the head of the oncology department in a major hospital in Germany. In 1981, he wrote his discoveries about the biological and emotional cause of cancer in a post-doctoral thesis presented at the Research University of Tubingen, Germany. Even to this day the university has refused to verify his theories through the mandatory clinical research the university is required by law to conduct for every post-doctoral thesis. This refusal is an unprecedented case in medical history and irreversibly damaged Dr. Hamer’s career and life. But the biggest loser in all of this is ultimately the public which has been deprived of these life-altering discoveries for 3 decades.

Despite the heavy retaliations and sanctions issued by several countries of the European Community, Dr. Hamer never stopped teaching his German New Medicine to thousands of doctors, scientists and alternative health practitioners from around the world, who in turn verified his theories. Somehow, the groundbreaking findings never found their way into medical literature or mainstream media.
Until recently, two scientists, Paul Davies of the Arizona State University and Charles Lineweaver of the Australian National University, conducted a research study that confirmed Dr. Hamer’s theories regarding the biological origin of cancer. Davies says in a paper published February 7, 2014 in the UK Institute of Physics journal Physical Biology, “Cancer is not a random bunch of selfish rogue cells behaving badly, but a highly-efficient pre-programmed response to stress, honed by a long period of evolution.”

In plain words, cancer is an ancient survival program that has been stored in our cellular genome since the creation of life on earth and has been passed on from generation to generation to insure the survival of the species. It is suddenly activated when one faces an unexpected and overwhelming stressful situation that is perceived as life-threatening.

“Our new model should give oncologists new hope because cancer is a limited and ultimately predictable atavistic adversary,” says Lineweaver. “Cancer is not going anywhere evolutionarily; it just starts up in a new patient the way it started up in the previous one.” The same is true for its healing.

Dr. Hamer went deeper in detailing the exact course of evolution of virtually any type of cancer and disease from the moment it flares up to its complete (and often spontaneous) healing. He also established a precise correlation between a specific type of cancer and a specific emotional conflict through an innovative interpretation method.

Through clinical practice with thousands of patients, he proved without a shadow of a doubt that once the person identifies and resolves the emotional conflict that triggered the appearance of cancer in the first place, cancer regresses on its own and the body resumes its normal functioning naturally.

Today, doctors and scientists are daring to openly question the official version and contradict it with the support of scientific proof. But huge financial interests are at stake and Big Money and Big Pharma are not ready to lose their highly profitable cancer business. It is up to the people to get informed and make a choice since these discoveries may take another decade to be officially recognized.
In light of this new understanding of the biological and emotional origin of cancer, there is now an option to successfully approach the disease in a more serene and empowering way. Many alternative health practitioners around the world have trained in this revolutionary approach and can efficiently accompany the person in her healing journey.[4]

September 21, 2019 - Vicious Medical Mind Games -

"... oncologists want patients to think that cancer is spontaneous. That it is something that happens without a cause. The cancer industry plays a vicious mind game with cancer patients and their families. What they say dis-empowers patients and leaves them vulnerable to their doctors and their treatments. Ask any physicist if we live in a cause and effect universe. However, oncologists and all medical associations and governmental institutions prefer to live somewhere else."[10]

This blog-writer has had direct experience of "vicious medical mind games" specifically regarding a personal cancer case with two MDs he consulted with. He has also suffered the loss of several family members who followed what their MDs said that dis-empowered and left them vulnerable to their doctors and their treatments to the point of a very early death with two sisters.

September 30, 2019 - "The Typical Cancer Personality" -

"... How one reacts to stress appears to be a major factor in the larger number of contributing causes of cancer. Most cancer patients have experienced a highly stressful event, usually about 2 years prior to the onset of detectable disease. This traumatic event is often beyond the patient's control, such as the loss of a loved one, loss of a business, job, home, or some other major disaster. The typical cancer personality has lost the ability to cope with these extreme events, because his/her coping mechanism lies in his/her ability to control the environment. When this control is lost, the patient has no other way to cope. Major stress causes suppression of the immune system, and does so more overwhelmingly in the cancer-susceptible individual than in others. Thus personal tragedies and excessive levels of stress appear to combine with the underlying personality described above to bring on the immune deficiency which allows cancer to thrive."[11]

August 24, 2019 -

"The sun and moon are not just in the sky – they are also present symbolically in our psychic life. The sun, the masculine principle, is represented in us by our spirit and our mind; the moon, the feminine principle, is represented by our soul and our heart. When we are confronted by difficulties, it feels just as if we are battling against enemies, inner or outer ones. And it is best not to do that in the dark, meaning when the lower nature is expressing itself and perpetuating the upset and confusion. So that is the time to ask our inner sun and moon to keep shining in our sky. The sun – our mind enlightened by the spirit – will inspire us with the best thoughts. The moon – our heart enlightened by our soul – will inspire us with the best feelings. And their light will be with us until we win the battle."

This might possibly be the final post on this particular blog theme. I say this in light of the fact that my primary intention for creating: "Psyche & Health" was to offer helpful information that individuals could use (one way or another) toward the resolution of inner conflicts. I see a "capstone" identified very well for this purpose in the current article by Jon Rapport.[1]

In crystalized summation - this article speaks of the necessity for the right use of imagination. Imagination is the Gift of the 64th Gene Key. In Human Design the 64th Gate is located in the Crown (Head) Center. The Shadow frequency of the 64th is Confusion. The Siddhi is Illumination.

By facing and embracing our confusion we can release and realize our Gift of Imagination which will allow us to embody Illumination.
