Leaving in a Week for the wedding!

Wow, I cannot beleive that it is just a week before I take off to Maui for our wedding and Honeymoon. I feel like I have been talking about it forever. I am actually starting to get sick of people asking about how the wedding planning is coming along. Yep, the question is starting to get a bit old. But, everything is coming along and falling into place. I am even happy with the way I feel and look. I am really toned and have dropped nearly 20 pounds in the past 6 months that I have been focusing on really getting in shape. No, I may not be perfect yet... but I am already getting compliments from strangers about being in great shape which is very nice. I bought a couple of cute outfits for the trip today and can't wait to wear them.

I just have to be really good for the next week and stick to my diet so my dress fits nicely. But, I don't think that should be a problem. The excitement of the wedding coming up has kinda made me loose my appetite.

When I return from my honeymoon I plan on continuing to better my fitness and health as always. I would even like to continue training at least for the summer to get into really good shape and continue this path that has been encouraged by wedding preparation. I was joking with my Fiance and told him... well, once we are married at least I can stop working out and get back into eating fattening food again. Hehe... I don't even think he liked that joke for a second. Well, that's what you do when you are married right? Hehe... kidding.

So, I'll probably be posting again to record my progress and goals and even notes on fasts I am doing.
