This is a big factor in the health and disease not only in this country but the world in general...   Everyone seems to never learn what is the proper food and exercise...  Even though there are many books, and things out there....  The web and BLOGS in particular seem to be making waves and maybe, just maybe some of them will listen and adjust their lives before it is too late...  thanks for your info and blog....  Keep it up sister and if there is anything that I can help with let me know...  These are not just ideal words...    See Ya...  K
