1. Welcome to CureZone
CureZone provides its service to you, subject to the following
Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without
notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time
at: http://curezone.com/terms.asp
You should report violations
of Terms of Service here. In addition, when using particular CureZone services, you and
CureZone shall be subject to any posted
guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from
time to time. All such guidelines or rules (including but not limited to our
Spam
Policy) are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.
CureZone may also offer other services that are governed by different Terms of
Service.

Terms of Service 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
CureZone currently provides users with access to communications
tools: CureZone Forums, CureZone Blogs, CureZone Image Gallery, CureZone Knowledge Base / Frequently Asked Questions, CureZone Health Directory, CureZone Business
Directory, CureZone Articles, CureZone Books, CureZone File Depo, CureZone Web
Mail and CureZone Health Pages (the "Service").
You also understand and agree that
the service may include certain communications from CureZone, such as service
announcements, administrative messages and password reminders, and that
these communications may be considered part of CureZone membership and you will
not be able to opt out of receiving them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise,
any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the
release of new CureZone properties, shall be subject to the TOS.
You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS"
and that CureZone assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery
or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are
responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve
third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are
responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or
delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible
for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
Please be aware that CureZone has created certain areas on the
Service that contain adult or mature content. You must be at least 18 years of
age to access and view such areas.

Terms of Service 3. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that
you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from
receiving services under the laws of your country.
You agree to follow given guidelines when choosing CureZone
username.
To protect your privacy online, do not
choose CureZone username similar to
your real name, or any other personally identifiable
information like: real phone number, real email address, real address, personal homepage
domain name etc.
Registration Data and certain other information about you is
subject to our Privacy Policy.

Terms of Service 4. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation upon
completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully
responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You
agree to (a) immediately notify CureZone of any unauthorized use of your
password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you
exit from your account at the end of each session. CureZone cannot and will not
be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this
Section 4.

You understand that all information, data, text, software,
music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials
("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole
responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that
you, and not CureZone, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload,
post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service.
CureZone does
not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee
the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using
the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or
objectionable. Under no circumstances will CureZone be liable in any way for any
Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any
Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use
of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the
Service.
You understand that by using CureZone forums and Blogs, your should always
try to give back and contribute to the CureZone community as much as you
receive. You should always try to contribute to CureZone Forums and Blogs.
For every single question that you ask and you receive an ansawer on CureZone
forums, you should try to answer another question posted by someone else.
You hereby acknowledge that egoistical, arrogant, egocentric or unfriendly use
of CureZone Forums and Blogs may result in termination of your access to CureZone.
You are welcome to CureZone only if you are willing to share non-personal
information and opinions with other CureZone users.
You have privileges to edit messages posted on CureZone forums and blogs, but
you should never abuse those privileges. Do not remove questions you asked
or the questions you answered unless you accidently disclosed personal
information that may compromise your privacy.
You hereby acknowledge that any violation of any of our policies may result in
termination of your access to CureZone, deactivation
or deletion of your account and all related information and files in your
account, and preclusion of any further access to such files or CureZone,
without prior notice.

"stalk", "annoy", "irritate" or otherwise harass CureZone members

"stalk", "annoy", "irritate", "attack", "accuse", "threaten",
"abuse", "defame", "harm" or otherwise harass CureZone moderators

harm minors in any way;

make available any content that is hateful, abusive, harassing,
offensive, threatening, defamatory,
libelous, harmful, vulgar, obscene,
unlawful or otherwise objectionable, especially content with generalized
statement(s) about members of any nation, religion, ethnic group,
minority, race, gender, profession,
age group, or any other similar large group of people, incluiding but not
limiting to Americans, Dutch, Homosexuals, Christians, Moslems, American
Natives, African Americans, Jews, Russians, Mexicans, Gypsies, Caucasians, Arabs,
Latinos, Chinese, Asians, Africans, Sami, etc.

disclose, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make
available any Content that is invasive of another's privacy. These
include but are not limited to: name,
address, email address, "anonymous user id", IP address, homepage URL, phone number, photo, username previously used on
other web services(like yahoo, msn, slype, facebook, myspace or other web based forums).
You should not disclose names or addresses of the friends or family members of another CureZone member;

collect or store personal data about curezone members without
their consent;
(if you send an email to a person, it means you agree on disclosing your
email address to that person, and you are giving a permission to that person
to store your email address on his/her computer, cause that is how email
software functions, it stores all email on the computer's hard disk.)

impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited
to, a CureZone team member, forum leader, book author, guide or host, or falsely state or
otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to
disguise the origin of any Content (like email) transmitted through the Service;

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any
Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under
contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information,
proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of
employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any
Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other
proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any
unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail,"
"spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation,
except in those areas (such as market forum or shopping rooms) that are designated for such
purpose (please read our complete Spam
Policy);

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any
material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or
programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any
computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to
"scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise
act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real
time exchanges;

interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks
connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or
regulations of networks connected to the Service;

intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local,
state, national or international law, including, but not limited to,
regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any
rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without
limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the
NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;

Terms of Service You acknowledge that CureZone may or may not pre-screen Content,
but that CureZone and its designees shall have the right (but not the
obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any Content
that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, CureZone and
its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOS
or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all
risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the
accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you
acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by CureZone or
submitted to CureZone, including without limitation information in CureZone Message
Boards, and in all other parts of the Service.
You acknowledge, consent and agree that CureZone may access,
preserve, and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so
by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is
reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c)
respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; (d)
respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights,
property, or personal safety of CureZone, its users and the public.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of
the Service, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various
networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of
connecting networks or devices.
You understand that the Service and software embodied within the
Service may include security components that permit digital materials to be
protected, and use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by CureZone
and/or content providers who provide content to the Service. You may not attempt
to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Service. Any
unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public
exhibition of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or in part, is
strictly prohibited.
Any conduct by you on CureZone that we believe, in our sole
discretion, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying CureZone will not be permitted. You agree to use
CureZone only for lawful
purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through CureZone any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar,
obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, fraudulent, racially, ethnically,
or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to,
any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense,
give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state,
national, or international law. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy,
sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of CureZone, use of
CureZone, or access to CureZone. You agree not to access
CureZone by any means other than through the interface provided by us for
use in accessing CureZone. You agree not to violate any of the robot
access policies. You hereby acknowledge that any violation of any of our
policies may result in termination of your access to CureZone, deactivation
or deletion of your account and all related information and files in your
account, and preclusion of any further access to such files or CureZone,
without prior notice.

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to
comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content.
Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the
transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in
which you reside.

Information on CureZone is provided for informational
purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for the advice provided by
your physician or other healthcare professional or any information contained on
or in any product label or packaging. You should not use the information on
CureZone for diagnosing or treating a health problem or disease, or prescribing
any medication or other treatment. You should always speak with your physician
or other healthcare professional before taking any medication or nutritional,

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall we or any other party involved in
creating, producing, or distributing CureZone pages be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss of profits, good
will, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the
possibility of such damages) that result from (i) any delay, failure,
interruption or corruption of CureZone or any data or information
transmitted in connection with the use of CureZone. (ii) personal injury or
death caused by your use or misuse of CureZone, (iii) the cost of
procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from your use of any
goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received
or transactions entered into, through or from CureZone (iv) unauthorized
access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, (v) statements or conduct
of any third party on CureZone, or (vi) any other matter relating to CureZone. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content,
merchandise, and services advertised through CureZone. We expressly disclaim
all such representations and warranties, including, without limitation, all
warranties of merchantability, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that CureZone or files available on CureZone will be
free from corrupted data, computer viruses or similar destructive or
contaminating code. No oral advice or written information provided by us or our
affiliates shall create a warranty of any kind. Your use of CureZone and
any site linked to CureZone is expressly at your own risk.
All information contained on CureZone, including information relating to

9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, curezone
team, CureZone Association, curezone agents, curezone providers, curezone sponsors, licensors and affiliates from
and against all claims, actions, demands, judgments, losses, and liabilities
(including, without limitation, costs, expenses and attorneys' fees) by you or
any third-party resulting or arising, directly or indirectly, out of content you
submit, post to or transmit through CureZone, your use of CureZone, your
connection to CureZone, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your
violation of any rights of another person.
10. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
"CureZone.com", "CureZone.org", "CureZone.info", "Educating instead of
Medicating" and all logos, page headers, custom graphics and icons are
trademarks and/or service marks owned by CureZone Association. All other
trademarks, product names, and company names and logos appearing on CureZone are
the property of their respective owners. CureZone contains information, data,
software, photographs, graphics, videos, text, images, typefaces, sounds, and
other material (collectively "Content") that are protected by copyrights,
trademarks, or other proprietary rights, and these rights are valid and
protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or developed in the
future.
All Content is copyrighted as a collective work under the
United States copyright laws and copyright laws of other countries, and we own a
copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such
Content. You may not modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, print,
transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from,
or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part. All rights to
such Content are reserved to their respective copyright owners. Permission is

For every single message, digital image, article, answer or ad
that you post or upload on CureZone Forums, CureZone Blogs, CureZone FAQ's,
CureZone Directory, CureZone Image Gallery, CureZone Quotes, CureZone Articles
etc... you agree to grant proprietary rights to Curezone.com.
By submitting your own
message or a digital image on Curezone forums, Curezone blogs, Curezone FAQs, Curezone
Articles etc, you are agreeing and giving
proprietary rights to CureZone.com, including rights to reproduce, modify,
distribute, store, augment, publish, replicate, transmit or delete your article, message,
digital image, answer or ad.

11. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern
the use of CureZone. You also may be subject to additional terms and
conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content
or third-party software. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or
provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or
provision. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of
competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the
court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in
the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Service remain in full
force and effect.
