Hi, I’m Karen Ficarelli, founder and creator of Fitness4Her®, a diet and exercise program aimed at helping women achieve their fitness goals. A Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates’ Instructor, Women’s Fitness Consultant, Sports Nutritionist and Fitness Model, as well as a wife and mother of three boys; I know what it’s like to have a busy schedule. I also know how important it is to stay healthy in order to keep up such an agenda.
That’s why I developed a diet and exercise program that is easy to follow and takes as little as 30 minutes a day. Most of the women I know have dedicated their lives to the people that they love, usually putting their own desires and dreams on the back burner. But in order to stay healthy and energized to keep up these hectic schedules, it’s imperative that women create time for themselves. I’m passionate about women’s fitness and I’m serious about the women’s workout program that I have designed. A woman’s body is different than a man’s, so we need exercise moves that will complement our feminine curves and help us to Empower Beauty®.
