Hatha/Yin Fusion A more gentle flow incorporating longer holding of stretches/asana. This practice improves the health of the joints, targeting the spine, and all major joints in the lower body. Perfect for the flexible or inflexible body! You are encouraged to work at your own level. A great way to balance your dynamic practice and be challenged in a completely different way.
