The word distil simply means pure. So, with distilled water we are talking about pure water.
Before I finally settled on getting the Megahome distiller, I heard a lot about how pure distilled water is bad for you. Yet, I am yet to hear of one single testimonial that asserts to this. I can't see how plain simple water molecules could damage you. Water is water. H2O. Why would taking out any contaminant molecules make water scary? I agree that water is an amazing substance, there is so much we still don’t understand about this amazing molecule, but are people really suggesting that plain H2O molecules are a poison?!
I’m a science teacher, Bsc Chemistry, interested to find purer water sources for my personal drinking. I share all my findings on http://megahomewaterdistillerreview.com/
on the subject of finding a decent water distiller machine. It’s a collection of all the time consuming research I did for myself. If you do find it useful, I’d love to hear from you, or if you have any suggestions or questions.
