Giving up should be as easy as my saying
'stop smoking, it's bad for you'
and you responding
'oh alright, let me put this out right now, silly me'
'Yeah, right' I hear you say.
So what's happening?
A difference of opinion is happening. Between your conscious mind knowing that you should stop and the subconscious power house
inside that clings onto it because it believes smoking is important, and it is. It is important because deep down your subconscious has linked smoking to something positive and beneficial.
Hypnosis is a way to present new options to your subconscious and to show it that it can achieve the same benefits but from other healthier activities.
That's it, that's my job and a very enjoyable one. It really is very simple, Which is why hypnosis is so effective.
